I had a molar extracted here. I told the dentist I was afraid of injections, so he applied a lot of anesthesia. I had two injections afterwards and didn't feel any pain at all. I was very satisfied with his skill in giving me injections without any pain. He immediately extracted the molar that had been tormenting me for 3 months. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic. The nurses' service attitude is also very good!

My first time here to did scalling & polishing and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr John is gentle and patient with me, he's skillful enough to minimise the pain, that I didn't felt any pain at all. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and the price is affordable & reasonable! High recommended the clinic!

Had a bad case of toothache a few weeks back, half an hour after dinner! Luckily Dr Ting was available, around 8:00 at night! He was angel enough to have my teeth checked and then squeezed me in his tight schedule the day after. Tooth extraction was not something I would anticipate but his procedure was gentle and fast. The numerous heads ups along way were much appreciated, knowing what he’s going to do or what he’s going to do next made the process way less scarier. Kudos to Dr Ting and his teams. Thanks.

I did my wisdom tooth removal, scaling and polishing in this Clinic. It’s safe to say Doctor.John is a very kind hearted and gentle person. The amount of discomfort I felt was minimal and at times I didn’t feel anything at all. Not to mention, any questions I had was answered patiently without any hesitation and the fact that he also reassured me during the procedure. Telling me what he is going to do today really made me feel safe and comfortable. This clinic is going to be my go-to from now on! Even the prices are reasonable and to top it all off, the staffs are superbly friendly too! They really made sure I felt comfortable in the environment. If you need to get your teeth done. Wow, I will rate Dr John and Smile Care 6 stars if I can. My first time here and also he will be my dentist from now on. I had a very bad toothache on Tuesday and I went to a dentist but they only gave me antibiotics saying it’s a condition that can be treated. That same evening when I had my dinner I felt great pain and it was 8pm+. I decided to visit Dr John who is very near to my house at 8.35pm. Despite that they were getting ready to close, Dr John and his clinic assistant still patiently examined and asked my condition and recommended extraction but to be done the next day. The extraction next day was done so professionally and I never had a dentist being so good and caring in all my life. I had the same tooth (opposite side) extracted few months back by another dentist and I felt great discomfort during the extraction process. But Dr John did it so well that I didn’t even felt anything, is that amazing? After all were done he gave advice and reminded me about oral hygiene. What amazed me was… the next day, he texted me personally and asked me how am I feeling and how was my condition, I was so touched! This is the dentist and dental clinic that you MUST come and I highly recommend it. I guarantee you won’t regret it. Thank you Dr John Tin for your great and caring service!
